What we collect
When you send the quote form, we receive your name, company, email address and, if you give them, your phone number and the details of your enquiry: product, volume, destination, delivery terms, packaging and notes. When you email or call a trader, we receive what you send or tell us.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and, if you order, to carry out the contract. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by the Litmer team, mainly the trader who covers your market. Our website and email are hosted by UAB „Interneto vizija“ in Vilnius, Lithuania, which processes it on our behalf. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry as long as we need it to answer and follow up on it. If it leads to a contract, the related records are kept for the periods Lithuanian accounting and tax law requires.
Cookies
We use cookies to personalise content and ads, to provide social media features and to analyse our traffic. When you first open the site, we ask which of these you allow: all, a selection, or none. Until you allow a category, nothing in it loads and it sets no cookies. Your choice is stored in your own browser, and you can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. We ask again after a year.

The legal basis for statistics and marketing cookies is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the Lithuanian Law on Electronic Communications). Google services are provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@litmer.lt. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
